  • Pasta with Vegetables & Muhamara

    A fast, yummy and easy pasta with Muhamara as red sauce. Almost too good to be true.

    Serves 2 - 3 persons.

    1 piece   red bell pepper diced

    1 piece   green bell pepper diced

    1 piece   yellow bell pepper diced

    1 cup      tomatoes, skinless and seedless squeezed

    1/3 cup  white onions chopped

    1/3 cup  zucchini diced

    3 tbsp     garlic minced

    17.8 oz   pasta boiled

    1/2 cup  olive oil

    7g           salt

    sprinkle  of black pepper

    1 cup       muhamara dip

    2 tbsp     parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Preparation

    1- Bring pasta to a boil.

    2- Sauté diced vegetables, season with salt and pepper.

    3- Add "Muhamara mix" and 1 cup from pasta water. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat and serve hot.
